NotTomorrow

A full-stack SaaS product designed, built, and monetized solo, from zero to paying users

The problem

Most planning tools ask you to do the planning. You still have to decide what matters today, and that decision is the hard part. NotTomorrow flips that: you tell it what’s on your plate, and an AI planning engine builds the day for you.

What I did

I built the entire product myself, end to end:

  • Product: scoped the core loop (capture, plan, execute), designed the interface, and cut everything that didn’t serve it.
  • Engineering: shipped the full stack solo, including the AI planning engine at the center of the product.
  • Business: wired up subscription billing and took the product to paying users, which forced real decisions about pricing, onboarding, and retention.

I used AI-assisted development (Claude Code) heavily to move at a speed one person otherwise couldn’t. The judgment calls (what to build, what to cut, what good looks like) were mine; the AI multiplied how fast I could act on them.

The result

A live, monetized SaaS product at nottomorrow.app, running in production with subscription billing. It’s the clearest proof I can offer that I can take something from zero to shipped and charge for it.

Skills demonstrated

Product design and scoping, full-stack development, AI-assisted development, subscription billing, pricing, self-directed 0 to 1 execution.
